CommunityWorks North Dakota is an approved HUD Housing Counseling Agency. CommunityWorks North Dakota recently partnered with North Dakota Housing Finance Agency to offer the eHome America Homebuyer Education program to clients and the general public. The course is offered online through the eHome America website. Please see below for more information to learn how you can become a more educated homebuyer and homeowner. The course takes approximately 8 hours to complete and requires a registration fee.

To Register, visit eHome America's website. Begin the registration by choosing your State and County. When prompted, choose North Dakota Housing Finance Agency/CommunityWorks ND as the local organization. Continue through the personal information and choose a username/password - this will be your login information. The course takes approximately 8 hours to complete; you can save your work and return at a later time if necessary.
