Homebuyer Education:  CommunityWorks North Dakota is an approved HUD Housing Counseling Agency.  Our staff is trained and certified by NeighborWorks America to provide homebuyer education. Homebuyer education classes are held at our office and taught by CommunityWorks’ staff and other housing professionals from the Bismarck/Mandan area.  Classes are scheduled on a monthly basis and because the classes are taught by volunteers, we require that you pre-register for the class.
