Kaylah Horton works for both the Lewis & Clark Regional
Development Council and CommunityWorks ND.
Kaylah has a
Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Management Information Systems with a minor in Web Development and Design. She has assisted in the management of the NSP projects in New Salem, Bismarck and Mandan. She is also the contact person (along with Dave Flohr, ND Housing Finance Agency) for the eHome America program.
