Gayle Paul is the Office Manager for both CommunityWorks North Dakota and Lewis and Clark Regional Development Council. She has been with the council since 1994 and with CommunityWorks since inception. She brings 20 years of city auditor experience and administration of projects for housing rehabilitation, public facilities and ADA.
